New Outer Limits U.S. DVDs

Two theme based new Outer Limits DVDs were released on September 3, 2002. The list price of each is $14.95 but many places will sell them for less. The listed running time for each of 264 minutes does not include the bonus features. The episodes are the made for cable versions rather than the edited for syndication ones. The only language is English and there are closed captions. Both include the same Outer Limits Story which is a behind the scenes documentary. Each also has a featurette on the theme of the DVD plus a featurette for each episode. Each also has a little something on the hockey puck which is seen somewhere in all of the new Outer Limits episodes.

Four more theme based new Outer Limits DVDs were released on June 21, 2005. They are similar to the previous releases. Also a box set with all six DVDs was released at the same time.

MGM released a new Outer Limits DVD box set on November 1, 2005 which contains all season 1 episodes. Other seasons are expected to be released in 6 to 9 month intervals.

New Outer Limits Canadian DVDs

A new Outer Limits DVD collection was released by Koch International in Canada on May 25, 2004. It contains 20 selected episodes from the first 2 seasons. The list price is $64.99 CAN but many places will sell them for less. Amazon.ca and Dv-Depot are 2 places that sell them.

On November 16, 2004 a second box set was released with 18 episodes from season 3. This one can be found at Amazon.ca

In October 2005 a box set was released with episodes from season 4.

New Outer Limits U.K. DVDs

On April 11, 2005 the first 2 theme based DVDs (Aliens Among Us Collection and Sex & Science Fiction Collection) were released in the U.K. by MGM Home Entertainment (Europe) LTD. They are PAL format, region 2 with English, French, and German languages. Subtitles are Dutch, English, French, and German. Otherwise their contents are the same as the U.S. DVDs.

The new Outer Limits series 1 box set was released in the U.K. on April 30, 2007. It is PAL format, region 2.
